Writing
I write on climate education, indigenous knowledge as pedagogy, post-conflict policy, and human rights in Southeast Asia. My research has been published by the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Yale Law School, Yale University's Macmillan Center for International and Area Studies, and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees. My undergraduate journalism, including the first report on the assault of Vilma Kari for CNN, covered the Black Lives Matter movement in New Haven, Filipino-American hate crimes during the pandemic, the Philippine response to COVID-19, and the Bangsamoro peace process.
